Experience and Career Highlights:
Mission Trip/Pre-Season Trip: In the Fall of 2006 I had the privilege of traveling to the Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo, for a pre-season trip for Volleyball with my team from Roberts Weslyan college in Rochester.  Not only were we able to play against the Dominican Volleyball (professional and junior) teams, but we also went to orphanages and other low income areas to just help out for the week.  I learned a lot about myself and how different the world is when I chose to travel outside of my hometown bubble.  I recommend this, or traveling, to everyone!  It was one of the best experiences of my life!
Student Teaching: Nathan T. Hall, Newark Valley, NY- Kindergarten

Port Dickinson Elementary, Chenango Valley, NY- 1st grade.
Tutor: I have been tutoring a 6th grade student since last November (2010) in all subject areas.  Originally meeting once a week, the student has shown marked improvement in all areas and now requires assistance only once every two weeks or as needed.  *2013 Update*- She is now moving onto 9th grade as an honor roll student.  This student is a prime example of how young students do not understand or know their potential until they are challenged of their abilities.
